Mr. Wilmington has over twenty-years executive management experience in the computer software industry. He is the former Chief Executive Officer of Outlook Soft Corporation and previously Co-President of PeopleSoft, Inc.. As the CEO of Outlook Soft, Mr. Wilmington led the company's growth up to the sale of the company to SAP in 2007. In his career at PeopleSoft, Mr. Wilmington served in a variety of roles culminating with his responsibilities as the Co-President. He was instrumental in driving the company's value to over $10 Billion. He is the Chairman of the Board for STC Capital Bancshares, Board of Directors for RiverGlass, and a member of the Bradley Alumni Board. Mr. Wilmington earned his degree from Bradley University.

Mr. Hardison has over fifteen years commercial real estate experience. In 2000, Mr. Hardison formed Hardison & Associates, Inc . a boutique commercial real estate firm. He has extensive knowledge and experience in leasing, buying, selling, financing and managing real estate. Mr. Hardison has completed over $250 Million in real estate transactions representing private investors. He is an Illionois Licensed Broker, candidate of the Certified Commercial Investment Member, and a member of the Fox Valley Association of Realtors. Mr. Hardison earned his degree from the University of Minnesota.
Brad Schreiner

Mr. Schreiner has over twenty years sales and management expereince. In 2004, Mr. Schreiner joined Hardison & Associates, Inc. as a Vice-President of sales. He has completed transactions representing approximately 200,000 SF of space and an aggregate value of almost $50 Million. Prior to joining Hardison, Mr. Schreiner was the Co-Owner of Facility Systems Supply, Inc.. He is an Illinois Licensed Salesperson, member of the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Fox Valley Association of Realtors. Mr. Schreiner earned his degree from Illinois State University.
